2. Return Eligibility

You can return apparel items if:
– They are unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.
– The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
– The item has not been customized or marked as final sale.

3. Refund Process

– Approved returns will be refunded via the original payment method within 3 – 7 working business days.
– Refunds exclude shipping fees, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
– Store credit or exchanges are also available for eligible returns.

4. Non-Refundable Items

– Items marked as final sale.
– Customized or altered apparel.
– Products showing signs of wear, damage, or washing.

5. Return Procedure

– Receive confirmation and return instructions.
– Ship the item back to our designated return address.
– Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 1-3 days, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
